Learning Environments Program (ENVoY)

ENVoy includes the The Seven Gems of Classroom Management. We help teachers develop their nonverbal classroom management skills in order to reduce discipline problems and increase time spent on learning and instruction. Other outcomes include improvement in overall academic performance. This program is implemented in two phases.

• Phase One includes an initial two-day training followed by four to eight days of coaching for teachers and teacher leaders in their classrooms. Teachers also participate in peer coaching.
• Phase Two includes a five-day lab for outstanding ENVoY teachers who want to become mentor coaches in relationship management.
