Principals' Leadership Academy:

Leadership Training for principals. Workshops focus on developing leadership teams, providing specific strategies for intensifying student learning, conflict management and managing change effectively through demonstration of various competencies. The Principals Academy includes an initial session with three one-day follow-up sessions during the school year. Leaders may participate in monthly group coaching sessions via podcast. Additionally, there are three monthly individual telephone coaching sessions for eight months, with availability of additional technical assistance as needed for up to two years. More Information.
