Candace Burns,, President and Board Chairman.
Candace served two terms as President of the Advertising Club of
New Orleans, and was a founder and charter member of American Women
in Radio and Television, New Orleans Chapter. While in New Orleans,
she served on the Board of two nonprofits -- Each One Save
One, and Dress for Success.
Mary M. Boyles, Secretary/Treasurer. Educator,
teacher and IT professional in business and education. Initiated
and taught in first On-the-Job Office Education Training Program,
Boulder, Colorado. Also taught many computer classes for IBM and
Rawson & Company, Houston, Texas. Has also taught classes at
St. Agnes Academy and St. Pius X High School, Houston, Texas,
Houston Community College and DBM, a job consulting firm. Currently
Marketing Consultant, Artisan Field Visual Communications, Houston,
Texas. Owner and President of Computer Technology Support.
Karen Stall. Karen is President/CEO of Triton
Diving Services, the third largest woman-owned company in the New
Orleans area. Prior to owning Triton Diving, Karen owned a retail
store in New Orleans and taught school for seven years. Karen and
husband Charlie Stall have two sons, Chuck and Will.
Mary Stallings Yenik. Educational consultant
and specialist in communication skills. Co-Founder of Knowledge
Arts Foundation. Coordinator of current project to train and coach
teachers in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.

Mary Czarnik. First Executive Director of
Knowledge Arts Foundation. Mary now serves on the Advisory
Committee of Knowledge Arts Foundation.
Margaret K. (Peg) Dudar, L.M.S.W. Past
chairperson of the Board of the Homeless Coalition of Houston
Harris County and presently on the Quality Control Committee of
Catholic Charities, Houston, Texas. Also, charter member and past
vice president of the Texas Association of Social Ministries
Coalition and National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Prepared many handbooks for various organizations including Hope
Center for Youth, Harris County Juvenile Probation and presented
the TV film, The Second Door, at the National Association of Foster
Parents Convention. Was also named Social Worker of the Year in
1989 by NASW and currently is Field and Classroom Adjunct faculty,
School of Social Work, University of Houston, Houston, Texas.
